Megalophobia All you need to know about this phobia so popular in USA

 People with this fear experience anxiety, even though they are aware that they cannot fall into depth or be consumed by them. Scary objects can be long dark corridors, pits, or deep pools. Fear of depth is called "badphobia" and is derived from the Greek words "bados" (depth) and "fobos" (fear). Fear of megalophobia or large objects. There are all kinds of phobias, but the most well-known is megalophobia, a phobia of large objects. This is true for large statues, tall buildings, large aquatic animals, etc. The list goes on and on. It is interesting that fear may be common to many, but it can be felt and experienced differently. For example, some are afraid of large animals such as elephants and whales, while others are particularly afraid of man-made objects. Think about Titanic here.
